Enclomiphene capsules, for oral use

Enclomiphene is a medication tailored to help restore and optimize your natural testosterone production. It works by stimulating your body’s own hormonal pathways rather than replacing testosterone directly.

*This medication has been compounded specifically for you*

Enclomiphene is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) derived from clomiphene citrate. It works primarily by blocking estrogen’s feedback at the hypothalamus, which increases luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) release. This stimulates the testes to produce more testosterone naturally.

It is often prescribed for:

  • Men with secondary hypogonadism (low testosterone due to pituitary/hypothalamic suppression/or other conditions that lower testosterone levels)

  • Helping treat infertility

  • Post-anabolic steroid recovery

  • Increasing testosterone levels as an alternative to testosterone replacement therapy (TRT)

How to Use Enclomiphene:
Enclomiphene is taken orally as directed by your prescriber:

  • Typical timing: Once daily, with or without food, preferably at the same time each day

  • Consistency matters: Missing doses may reduce effectiveness

  • Avoid taking with alcohol in excess as it may worsen side effects or interfere with hormone balance

What are the most common side effects of Enclomiphene?

  • Headache

  • Nausea, stomach discomfort, vomiting

  • Visual disturbances (blurred vision, floaters, light sensitivity)

  • Mood changes or irritability

  • Hot flashes

  • Skin reactions (acne or oily skin)

  • Gynecomastia development of breast tissue

  • Increased risk of blood clots

  • Increased libido or changes in sexual function

Enclomiphene is contraindicated in the following situations:

  • Patients with liver disease or abnormal liver function tests

  • Men with primary hypogonadism (testicular failure) where the testes cannot respond to stimulation

  • History of hormone-sensitive cancers (e.g., prostate cancer) unless specifically cleared by a physician

  • Known hypersensitivity to clomiphene or related compounds

  • Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding

Note: Enclomiphene is not a direct testosterone replacement — it helps stimulate your own production. Blood work is recommended before and during treatment to monitor hormone levels, liver function, and overall health.
