Welcome to Seven Cells Pharmacy’s website (the “Site”). This Site is operated by Purformance Wellness Pharmacy LLC, d/b/a Seven Cells Pharmacy (“Seven Cells,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use this Site.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SEVEN CELLS’ TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) TO USE THE SITE.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Seven Cells, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

11. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that all disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
